About Me

hello everyone, my name is sugeng wibowo. some of my friends call me sugeng, some of them call me susee and bowo.

I was born in a small village in Haurgeulis, Indramayu – West Java. Since childhood love listening to music, playing guitar and other musical instruments such as piano, harmonica and flute.

After primary and junior secondary schools in Haurgeulis, I went to high school at SMAN 2 Cirebon. During high school, I made a band with Yepi and Agung, namely “the black fog”, play songs with punk and grunge genres. Green Day and nirvana is my favorite band at that time.

After that I was studying at electrical engineering brawijaya university for about 5 years by taking courses of telecommunications engineering. At that time the band playing is still running, and in 1997 with friends from elektro96 formed a band  “Marmer ” with Dwi Febri “Pakdhe” (drums), Bonny (Bass), Fadjar (Keyboard), Nanang (Vocal).

In 1998, I joined the band called “cabe merah kriting” which later changed its name to “The cotton buds” with Sunarko “kotek” (guitar), Komeng (bass), yohan “kepeng” (vocals) and bondan ( drums). Together with cotton buds could make a song we called “temanku”, “terlalu biru” and “angan”. At the and, this band changed its name to “The Baby Oil”.

The next band is Grim Reaper, we play hip metal just like Limp Bizkit, Korn, Rage Againts The Machine. Towards the end of college, me and some friends make a band called “bintang tamu” and “yang kita tunggu-tunggu”.
